A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VII, Wendon Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
4 2 13 Section 10 and old river bed.
7 3 24 Section 12, Section 24, and old river bed.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8570 (S.O. 7067) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Declaration dated the 22nd day of May 1963, and published in Gazette, 30 May 1963, No. 32 at page 748, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 19808, taking land for a service lane in the Borough of Kaitaia, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2·20 perches situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 303, D.P. 14289, being part Old Land Claim No. 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7649 (S.O. 40797) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 31st day of August 1960 and published in the Gazette on the 8th day of September 1960, at page 1337, and registered as No. 17752, Auckland Land Registry, defining the middle line of part of a transmission line in Blocks VII and II, Titirangi Survey District, and Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, viz, a portion of the Otahuhu-Henderson 220 kV. transmission line (Lake Taupo and Waikato River power scheme).

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

SECTION 39, Block XI, part Section 24, Block XII, Sections 1 and 2 and part Section 3, Block XV, and part Sections 3 and 18, Block XVI, Tadmor Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 1,703 acres 2 roods 06·3 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 33, folio 54. Part certificates of title, Volume 33, folio 55, Volume 75, folio 285, Volume 81, folio 9. As shown on plan No. 108/100 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
