Land Taken for a Public Pleasure Ground in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public pleasure ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1963.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre and 8·5 perches situated in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 2 and 3, Section 1, Village of Taipa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8594 (S.O. 43951) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1963.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 20·8 perches situated in Block VIII, Wairoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Mataitai No. 1A 2B 5B 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7543 (S.O. 40851) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
