EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of mortgage 122983, whereof (now) Frederick Arthur Swarbrick, of Hamilton, solicitor, is mortgagee affecting 1 rood 5·1 perches, more or less, being Lot 12 on Block IV on Deposited Plan 9152 and being part Allotment 83, Parish of Pukete, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 356, folio 21, South Auckland Registry, and evidence having also been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the above-mentioned certificate of title, in the name of Joseph Albert Quinn, of Frankton Junction, timber worker, and application having been made to me to register a transfer in exercise of the power of sale contained in the said mortgage to dispense with production of the said mortgage 122983 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, Volume 356, folio 21, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the said mortgage to issue such new certificate of title and to register such transfer on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
