PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

His Worship the Mayor of Kaikohe, *ex officio*,
The Chairman of the Bay of Islands County Council, *ex officio*,
Tuhi Maihi, and
Hone Heke Rankin

to be the Hone Heke Memorial Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act as an historic reserve.
