Declaration of a Disaster Affecting Farming Businesses for Income Tax Purposes
PURSUANT to section 103A of the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, the Minister of Finance hereby declares the flood in the following areas of Hawke’s Bay to be a disaster for the purposes of that section:
Tangoio Survey District, Blocks 1, 3; Puketapu Survey District, Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16; Heretaunga Survey District, Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
in the period commencing on 5 June 1963 and ending with 31 October 1963.
