PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Palmerston North City Council on the 17th day of June 1963, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Palmerston North City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Palmerston North, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the north-western side of Main Street fronting a subdivision of Section 31 and part Section 33, Town of Palmerston North, comprised in certificates of title 28/18 and 790/1.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Palmerston North, known as Main Street, fronting Section 31 and part Section 33, Town of Palmerston North; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8500 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
