CORRIGENDUM
In a notice dated the 20th day of May 1963, and published in Gazette, 30 May 1963, No. 32, page 749, declaring land taken for a motorway in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey, in the area of the first parcel of land taken, read "2 roods 0·6 perches" instead of "1 rood 0·3 perches".

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, viz, a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 8285 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
