Pipe fittings, not being screwed fittings, specially suited for use with pipes, wrought iron or steel, solid drawn or lap welded, not being screwed and not being peculiar to use as boiler tubes, having a thickness of metal exceeding that set out below against the respective nominal internal diameters thereof:

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning the Stopping of Vehicles on Roads

It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the National Roads Bylaw 1958, No. 1,* the Board has, by resolutions carried at its meeting on 21 August 1963, prohibited the stopping of vehicles on those portions of State highway described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
-
On both sides of No. 3 State Highway at the end of New Plymouth Aerodrome runway vector 140, for a distance of 275 ft each side of the runway.

On the south side of No. 35 State Highway commencing at its junction with No. 2 State Highway and extending for a distance of 150 ft in an easterly direction.

Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highways
———
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways to be State highways, dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. I, page 384, by deleting from the Schedule to the said notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule hereto and substituting therefor the paragraph set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH deleted from the North Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
Levin—
No. 1 State Highway—From the intersection of Kaiwiu Road and Oxford Street along Oxford Street to the intersection of Oxford Street and Hokio Beach Road.
No. 57 State Highway—From the intersection of Oxford Street and Queen Street, along Queen Street to Batholomew Road junction at the eastern boundary of Levin Borough.

Paragraph substituted in the North Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
