Also, all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by estimation 7,432 acres and 9 perches, more or less, situated in Forest Hill and Waimumu Hundreds, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-west corner of Section No. 135, Forest Hill Hundred, and being bounded thence towards the north generally by that section, by Run No. 494 and Section No. 136 (both of the said hundred), by a public road forming the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 31 and 27, Waimumu Hundred, and by Section No. 19 of the last-mentioned hundred; towards the east by Section No. 32, Waimumu Hundred, to its south-westernmost corner, thence by a right line due west to a point east of and distant 3500 links from the western boundary line of Waimumu Hundred aforesaid, and thence by a right line due south to the southern boundary line of the last-mentioned hundred; towards the south generally by a right line due west to Section No. 413, Forest Hill Hundred, by that section, by Section No. 134, Forest Hill Hundred, by a public road, by Section No. 206 of Forest Hill Hundred, again by public road, again by Section No. 134 to the north-easternmost corner of Section No. 133, Forest Hill Hundred, and thence by the last-mentioned section for a distance of 4700 links; thence towards the west by a right line due north to a point due west of the commencing point; and thence again towards the north by a right line to the point of commencement: exclusive of Section No. 137, Forest Hill Hundred and Lot 1, D.P. 2523, being Section No. 493, Block XVII Forest Hill Hundred, which are within the above-described boundaries.

Also Section 137, Block XI, Forest Hill Hundred: Area, 299 acres and 3 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 34, folio 210.

Also Section 510, Block X, Forest Hill Hundred: Area 23 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less.

Subject, however, as to Sections 133 and 134, Block X, Forest Hill Hundred, to lease No. 10308 registered in certificate of title, Volume 156, folio 185.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing A. E. Fuller and Sons Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Matauwhi Bay, Russell, Bay of Islands as a Site for a Slipway


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licences and permits A. E. Fuller and Sons Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Matauwhi Bay, Russell, Bay of Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11522 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a slipway thereon as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The licensee shall not erect or construct the said slipway or any buildings or other structures for use in connection therewith or make any alterations to the said slipway or any such building or structure without first submitting the plans and specifications therefor to the Minister and obtaining his approval thereto.

  3. The licensee shall at all times keep the foreshore and the slipway and any buildings and other structures erected thereon in a neat and tidy condition and maintain them in good order and repair to the satisfaction of the Minister and shall also at all times to his satisfaction keep the said buildings and structures properly and neatly painted.

  4. The foreshore shall not be used for vehicular access between the slipway and any road or privately owned land.

  5. This licence is issued without prejudice to any right of access to the sea which the owner of the land adjoining the foreshore may have.

  6. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

  7. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of September 1963.

  8. The licensee shall indemnify and keep safe, harmless, and indemnified the Minister and the Crown from and against all action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, loss, costs, damages, and expenses arising or accruing from or as a result of the granting of this licence or the erection, construction, or use of the said slipway or any buildings or other structures erected or used in connection therewith.

Licensing Southern Fisheries Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Waikawa as a Site for a Freezer, Packing Shed, and Unloading Ramp


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Southern Fisheries Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Waikawa, as shown on plans marked M.D. 8879 and M.D. 8906 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a freezer, packing shed, and unloading ramp as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1963.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

Licensing Andrew Charles Srhoj to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Weiti River, Auckland, as a Site for a Jetty


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Andrew Charles Srhoj (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Weiti River, Auckland, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11267 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1960.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Raglan County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Pokohue River, Raglan, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11548 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a footbridge as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
