Declaring Land Taken for a Police Residence and an Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Police Residence in Block XII, Purua Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police residence and an easement of right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police residence from and after the 23rd day of September 1963, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right of Her Majesty’s servants, agents, contractors, workmen, employees, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without vehicles, machinery, or plant, to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way and that such right of way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 2·8 perches situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 37931. All certificate of title, Volume 1093, folio 228, North Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3·1 perches situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 37931; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8436 (S.O. 44189) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
