Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the
City of Wellington

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1963.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·08 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 541, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7008 (S.O. 25408) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1963.

Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for the Development of
Water Power (Lake Manapouri Power Scheme) Fiordland
National Park, Fiord County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Fiordland National Park Board by the Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, under and by virtue of an unregistered memorandum of lease for a term of 33 years commencing from the 1st day of July 1958 and terminating on the 1st day of July 1991, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Manapouri Power Scheme).

ALL those pieces of land situated in Fiord County, described as follows:

Land Taken for a Street in the Borough of Kaiapoi

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaiapoi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1963.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 23·4 perches situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Sections 1260, 1260x, and 1289; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8392 (S.O. 9904) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
