CORRIGENDUM

In a declaration published in Gazette, No. 28 of 16 May 1963, page 663, declaring additional land near Kokiri taken for the purposes of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway and for road diversion in connection therewith, in the Second Schedule thereto, for the area “19 acres 3 roods, 29·7 perches” read “19 acres 2 roods 31·8 perches”.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the State Housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 23 (5) of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938 and section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land described as Matakohe Parish, Lot 259A 1, situated in Block XIII Matakohe Survey District, and containing 2 roods 16 perches, more or less.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes and for Street in the Borough of Patea

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Patea as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1963.
