New Plymouth, for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 or to the like effect marked "Objections to Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 11th day of October 1963. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Council offices.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

Annual Statement
In the matter of the New Zealand Insurance Company Trust Act 1916.
I, Walter Adolph Race, General Manager (Trust Department), do solemnly and sincerely declare: - That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £10,000,000 divided into 20,000,000 shares of 10s. each.
- That the number of shares issued is 12,892,800.
- That calls to the amount of 10s. per share have been made under which the sum of £6,446,400 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is £94,154,503 19s. 0d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is £93,802,023 9s. 7d.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration of the Company's Trust Bank Accounts is £352,480 9s. 5d.
- That the liabilities of the company at the close of its financial year (to wit, the 31st day of May 1963) were:
Debts owing to sundry persons by the Company, viz--
On judgment, nil.
On specialty, nil.
On notes or bills, nil.
On simple contracts, £1,430,679.
On estimated liabilities, £4,385,564. - That the assets of the company on that date were:
Government securities, £5,474,987.
Bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil.
Cash at bankers, at call and in hand, £1,340,425.
Other securities, £12,965,935.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
