NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Wood Weaver Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 16th day of August 1963 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of Wylie, McDonald, and Sneyd, 89 Yorkshire House, Shortland Street, Auckland C. 1, on Monday, the 26th day of August 1963, at 9 a.m.
Business:
Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors, etc.
Nomination of liquidator.
Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.
Forms of general and special proxies are enclosed herewith. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the company, 7 Burrett Avenue, Penrose, not later than. 4 p.m. on the 25th day of August 1963.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Geo. C. Hunter and Sons Ltd. (in receivership and liquidation).
TAKE notice that Bryan Charles White, of Hamilton, public accountant, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidator of Geo. C. Hunter and Sons Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 10th day of September 1963, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 28th day of June 1963, presented to the said Court by Samuel Litherland Wilson Bernet, of Hamilton, District Commissioner of Taxes; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on Friday, the 30th day of August 1963, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Leslie Frank Gray and Katherine Patricia Alice Duncan, carrying on business under the name of Petite Beauty Salon, at 553 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of July 1963.

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Stokes Valley Library and Community Centre Loan 1963-
£24,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty-four thousand pounds (£24,000), authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of constructing a library and community centre hall at Stokes Valley, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three hundred and twenty-two thousandths of a penny (0.322d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be incorporated and added to the consolidated special rate made pursuant to the provisions of section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off."
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at the meeting of the Lower Hutt City Council held on 5 August 1963.
