EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of agreement for sale and purchase entered in Volume 442, folio 35 (Otago Registry), in the name of Frederick Alexander Byford, of Dunedin, mill worker, and Nancy Byford, his wife, for 28.1 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Green Island being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 6980, and being part Section 1, Block XV, Dunedin and East Taieri District, and application (No. 260885) having been made to me to issue a provisional agreement for sale and purchase in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional agreement for sale and purchase on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
