Additional Land at Otira Taken for the Purposes of the Midland Railway and for Road Diversion in Connection Therewith

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Midland Railway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversion in connection therewith.
