WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE ROAD
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken, by the Waipa County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well founded objections, to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
Dated this 12th day of August 1963.

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Whangarei Borough Council Operative District Planning Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 35 (3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, of the subject matter of an application in the Borough of Whangarei, consented to by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board under section 35 of the above-mentioned Act.
Applicant: M. M. Baigent and Co. Ltd.
Terms of Consent: To permit the erection of a commercial building or buildings on part or whole of the land owned by the company in Rathbone Street, Whangarei, being Lots 18 and 19, Block IV on Deposited Plan 4220, being part of Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei, subject to the following conditions:
(a) That the commercial building to be erected on the land in question be set back a distance of 10 ft from the existing Rathbone Street Alignment, to allow for the future widening of Rathbone Street.
(b) That the design of the building be carried out in a manner which will ensure that the occupants of the shops, fronting Rathbone Street, will be able to utilise a service lane to be provided at the rear of the building, for the purposes of off-street loading and unloading of goods.
(c) That the applicant be required to carry out the formation and sealing of the service lane as affecting their property to Council’s satisfaction, such work to be executed when the building is completed and ready for occupancy.
Effective Date: 3 November 1960.

TAKING OF LAND FOR ROAD AND STOPPING OF ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and to stop the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Hobson County Council at Dargaville and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said road should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land or the stopping of such road, set forth the same in writing and send such written objections, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Hobson County Council at Dargaville.

KAMO TOWN COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Change of Town District of Kamo District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 6 August 1963, the Council has recommended that the Operative District Scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Council offices and the Kamo library, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than Monday, 30 September 1963. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Council offices or from the library.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
