Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, in Block VI, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Tarawera Survey District, described as follows:

Being
0 0 33·9} Parts Section 2, Block VI, Tarawera Survey
0 0 39·3} District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8003 (S.O. 41854) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 2 roods 28 perches situated in Block VI, Tarawera Survey District, adjoining or passing through Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6L 2B 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8003 (S.O. 41854) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1963.

ALL that piece of road containing 15 acres 3 roods 14·2 perches situated in the Waikato County, adjoining or passing through parts Allotment 23A, Maramarua Parish, and Sections 1, 2, and 4, Block I, Piako Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7752 (S.O. 41582) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
