CORRIGENDUM
In a Gazette Notice dated the 22nd day of May 1963 and
published in Gazette, 30 May 1963, No. 32, page 746, declaring
land taken, subject to building-line restrictions, for State
housing purposes in the Borough of Putaruru, in the Schedule
thereto for the area secondly described as 1 rood 24·7 perches,
read 1 rood 25·7 perches.
Dated at Wellington this 13th day of August 1963.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice published in the Gazette, No. 43, 1 August
1963, page 1080, changing the purpose of a reserve to scenic
purposes and addition of the reserve to the Miritu (Bay of
Many Coves) Scenic Reserve, for 2 roods, read 3 roods.

Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Lake
Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Block IV,
Ngongotaha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development
of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power
Scheme).
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 12 acres and 22 perches
being part Section 28, Block IV, Ngongotaha Survey District;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 8163 (S.O. 42220) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of August 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 19th day of August 1963.
