Land Acquired as a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been acquired under the said Act as a scenic reserve, to be known as the Omaui Scenic Reserve.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—OMAUI SCENIC RESERVE

Lot 1, D.P. 6077, being part Section 4 of 1, Block VII, Campbelltown Hundred: Area, 102 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 219, folio 13.

Also, Lot 3, D.P. 6077, being part Section 3 of 1, Block VII, Campbelltown Hundred: Area, 17 acres and 11 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 235.

Also, Lot 4, D.P. 6077, being part Section 3 of 1, Block VII, Campbelltown Hundred: Area, 183 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 236.
