PURSUANT to section 7 of the Child Welfare Act 1925, the Minister of Education hereby notifies that the premises situated as listed in the Schedule below are established as institutions within the meaning of the said Act and shall be known by the names shown in the Schedule.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrant dated the 15th day of August 1962† which relates to Dunbars Road in Halswell County and hereby approves the Halswell County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the said Schedule.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 28th day of February 1951† as relates to the roads described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Levels County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.
