Land Taken for a Maori School in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1963.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre situated in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Te Kao No. 1F Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on M.L. Plan 13757 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of July 1963.[L.S.]

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pumping station and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1963.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 281, Pakuranga Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8137 (S.O. 43573) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that so much of the subsoil of the land described in the First Schedule hereto as is described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel and shall vest in the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1963.

ALL those portions of the subsoil of the pieces of land described in the First Schedule hereto as are situated beneath a plan 10 ft in vertical height above the centre line of the roof of the said tunnel.
