LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 5 (North Auckland Registry), containing 81 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section 7, Block VI, Hokianga Survey District, in the name of James Dresser Rooke, of Opononi, farmer (now deceased), having been lodged with me together with an application (K.114455) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage 292768, whereof formerly Alexander McCreadie Haldane, and now Reginald Hardie Boys, Solicitor, John Phillip Lewis, Agent, and Gilbert Charles Hogg, Solicitor all of Wellington, are mortgagees affecting 17·2 perches, being Lot 8, Block VII, on Plan 1200 and being part Section 28, Karori District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 172, folio 241, Wellington Registry, and evidence having been furnished of the loss, of outstanding duplicate of the above-mentioned certificate of title in the name of Kathleen Mary Pettit, of Wellington, widow, and application 560115 having been made to me to register a discharge of the said mortgage and to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, Volume 172, folio 289, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under Section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
