Declaring Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 5th day of August 1963.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road, and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XI, Tarawera Survey District and Block III, Pohue Survey District, Being Land Required for the Turangakumu Deviation on the Tirau-Napier State Highway

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and notice is further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post offices at Napier and Taupo and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of such land should if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days of the first publication to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
