Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land described as Te Aiaheketora, situated in Block IV, Tutamoe Survey District, containing 135 acres, more or less, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 201, folio 99 (Auckland Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 15 perches situated in Block IV, Waimate Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being part Inuawai 6E 1B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8084 (S.O. 9504) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of July 1963.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:
