EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume A 4, folio 1279, Wellington Registry, in the name of Gordon Leith Taylor, of Wellington for 131 acres 3 roods 32·8 perches, more or less, situate in Block IX of the Paekakari Survey District being Section 1 and part Section 99, Pauatahanui Agricultural Reserve and being part Section 64, Pauatahanui District, part of the said Section 64 being also Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 11535, and application 563948 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I hereby give notice of my intention to note such determination on the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I hereby give notice, pursuant to the power conferred upon me by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that by an alteration to the rules of Rotorua and District Highland Pipe Band, Incorporated, duly authorised by the members thereof, the name of “Rotorua and District Highland Pipe Band, Incorporated,” was altered to “The City of Rotorua Pipe Band, Incorporated”, as from the 2nd day of July 1963.
