Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Putaruru Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for road to a reserve for recreation, and further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Putaruru, in trust, for recreation purposes.
