Vesting a Reserve in the Queenstown Borough Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Queenstown, in trust for recreation purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of Reserves in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, of the reserve for public purposes described in the First Schedule hereto and of the reserve for public utility purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Licensing Wynyard Lindsay Fairclough, Sidney Campbell, Alexander Ballantyne, Raymond Adair, Kenneth John Fulton, and John Robert Wade to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Green Point Bay, Akaroa, as a Site for a Boat Deck and Slipway
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Wynyard Lindsay Fairclough, Sidney Campbell, Alexander Ballantyne, Raymond Adair, Kenneth John Fulton, and John Robert Wade (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Green Point Bay, Akaroa, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11532 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a boat deck and slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Conditions

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1963.

The premium payable by the licensees shall be five pounds (£5), and the annual sum so payable shall be five pounds (£5).

Members of the public shall be permitted to use the boat deck and slipway at all reasonable times.

Licensing Alan Reginald Atkinson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Mangonui Harbour as a Site for a Shop and Dwelling
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Alan Reginald Atkinson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Mangonui Harbour, as shown on plans marked M.D. 8887 and M.D. 10794 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a shop and dwelling thereon, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1963.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

Authorising the Shelly Beach Domain Board to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Kaipara Harbour at Shelly Beach as a Site for a Slipway
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Shelly Beach Domain Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara Harbour at Shelly Beach, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11534 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one shilling payable on demand.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Private Bag, Auckland C.1. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 14th day of August 1963, and must be accompanied by a deposit of £3.
