Declaring Land Taken for Public Open Space, in Accordance
with the Devonport Borough Council's Operative District
Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953,
in the Borough of Devonport

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public open space
in accordance with the Devonport Borough Council's Operative
District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act
1953, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Devonport from and after the 22nd day of
July 1963.

ALL that piece of land containing 15·7 perches, situated in
Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Devonport,
