NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land required to be taken are deposited in the post office at Te Kuiti and are there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Licensing the Waitemata County Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Henderson Creek as a site for a Prestressed Concrete Pipe Bridge

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Waitemata County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Henderson Creek, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11524 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a prestressed concrete pipe bridge thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
