PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 23rd day of December 1937,* as relates to Springvale Road in Waitotara County is hereby revoked.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.
