Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Teachers' Training College in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Frederick James Peterson and Roberta Peterson under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 9302, Otago Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 February 1946 and ending on 31 January 1967 is hereby taken for a teachers' training college from and after the 1st day of July 1963.

ALL that piece of land containing 22·99 perches situated in the Town of Dunedin, Otago R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 4403. Part certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 261, Otago Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for a Public School in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 1st day of July 1963.

All certificate of title, Volume 543, folio 167, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Agreement for Grant of Right of Way in Favour of Hugh Gordon Dinnison of Maungaturoto, Baker and Thelma Mary Rose Dinnison, his wife, over Land in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange, Assented to

WHEREAS by a declaration dated the 28th day of March 1963, and published in Gazette, 4 April 1963, No. 21, page 478, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was taken for an automatic telephone exchange;

And whereas at the date such declaration took effect Hugh Gordon Dinnison and Thelma Mary Rose Dinnison were entitled to compensation in respect of their interest in the said land;

And whereas the Minister of Works has agreed to grant to the said Hugh Gordon Dinnison and Thelma Mary Rose Dinnison a right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto in part satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid;

And whereas the said Hugh Gordon Dinnison and Thelma Mary Rose Dinnison have agreed to accept such grant of right of way in part satisfaction of the said compensation;

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works doth hereby give notice, pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928 that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
