Declaring Portion of a Public Reserve Taken for Stream

Wanganui County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for stream diversion
purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wanganui from and after the
24th day of June 1963.

deposited in the post office at Whitianga and is there open for
inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the

send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of
