No. 811, for “Price Order No. 1191” read “Price Order
No. 1911”.
CORRIGENDUM
In a Proclamation dated the 4th day of December 1962 and
published in Gazette, 6 December 1962, No. 78, at page 2180,
proclaiming land as street in the City of Rotorua, in the
Schedule thereto for the area “28·1 perches”, read “23·1
perches”.
Dated at Wellington this 17th day of June 1963.

Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block III, Titirangi
Survey District, Waitemata County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground,
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waitemata as from the day hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 24th day of June 1963.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 20 perches
situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
and being part of the land on D.P. 1262. All certificate of
title, Volume 1067, folio 263, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of June 1963.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the
general government; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 24th day of June 1963.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in Block
XXXI, Town of Palmerston, being Section 2. All certificate of
title, Volume 219, folio 188, Otago Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 22·2 perches
situated in Block IV, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland
R.D. being part Omanene No. 3 Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7026 (S.O.
42337) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
11th day of June 1963.
