Classification of Roads in Bay of Islands County
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 7th day of June 1950† as relates to the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Bay of Islands County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

Approval of Brake-testing Instruments
PURSUANT to sub-clause (5) of regulation 42 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of the said regulation, the brake-testing instrument of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
