Declaring an Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block XII, Purua Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto from and after the 17th day of June 1963, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, contractors, workmen, employees, licensees, invitees, together with teachers, pupils, and parents of pupils, from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals and with or without cycles over the said land, and to go, pass, and repass with or without vehicles, machinery, or plant to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, and that such right of way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
