Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 4th day of June 1963, subject as to parts Lots 45 and 46 to the storm water and sanitary sewer pipeline casements created by K. 61445, North Auckland Land Registry.
