Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a University in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto under and by virtue of Lease No. 181, North Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university from and after the 4th day of June 1963.
