PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 10th day of April 1952,* which relates to Maraetai in Manukau County is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That the Warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 26th day of June 1959†, which relates to Mayfield in Ashburton County is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester) (from a point 4 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Mayfield - Mount Somers road to a point 32 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the said road).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby revokes the declaration dated the 28th day of March 1963, and published in Gazette, No. 21, of that year, at page 476, declaring land acquired for a Government work in Blocks V and VII, Forest Hill Hundred, and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the land containing 2 acres and 36 perches, being the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto.
