Road Closed in Blocks II, III, and V, Rankleburn Survey District, Clutha County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Rankleburn Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
4 0 28 Part Section 2 and Run 503, Block V, and Section 17, Block II.
2 0 26 Section 3 and State Forest reserve and Section 6, Block III.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7623 (S.O. 13274) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of May 1963.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in the Borough of Waitara to be Street

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 17th day of October 1956, to be street.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Waitara Survey District, Borough of Waitara, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 1 rood 10·4 perches situated in Block IX, Arnold Survey District, Westland R.D., adjoining part Rural Section 7798, part Lot 1, D.P. 734, and part of the land on D.P. 175, being other part Rural Section 7798; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7561 (S.O. 4748) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of May 1963.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for a Motorway in Block XX, Waihola Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of June 1962, published in Gazette, 14 June 1962, Volume II, page 916, and registered as No. 251085, Otago Land Registry, taking land for a motorway, in so far as it affects the land thirdly described in the Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of May 1963.

At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of May 1963

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
