A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day
of February 1952, and published in the Gazette of that year
at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. 13445, in so far as it affects that portion
of Lot 5, D.P. 399, being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish.
Being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of
title, Volume 44, folio 46, Auckland Registry.

effect on and after the 4th day of June 1963.
