Change of the Purpose of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for plantation purposes to reserves for access ways.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Turaerae Scenic Reserve—Changing the Name of a Scenic Reserve and Naming of Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the First Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Turaerae Scenic Reserve and, further, changes the name of that part of the scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto from Totoro Scenic Reserve to Turaerae Scenic Reserve and, further, declares the scenic reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto to form part of the Turaerae Scenic Reserve and, further, changes the name of the scenic reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto from part Totoro Scenic Reserve to Puketapu Scenic Reserve and, further, declares the scenic reserve described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be the Totoro Scenic Reserve.
