Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a University in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Auckland University College Council by George William Hare under and by virtue of Lease No. 250, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university from and after the 28th day of January 1963.
