Blocks I, II, IV, and V, Ngongotaha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interests of
the licensees in the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, held by Frank Grant McKenzie as to the land first and
secondly described, David Thomas Campbell as to the land
thirdly and fourthly described, and Agnes Russell Logan
Parker as to the land fifthly described under and by virtue of
deferred payment licences, Volume 1458, folio 37, Volume
1739, folio 8, and Volume 2012, folio 96, respectively, Auckland
Land Registry; and that the leasehold estates in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Leslie Murray Patchell as to the land
first, secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described,
by Trevor Charles Rowlinson as to the land seventhly de-
scribed, by Trevor Rowlinson as to the land eighthly described,
and by Alfred Clark Rowlinson as to the land ninthly
described under and by virtue of Crown leases, Volume 688,
folio 66, Volume 1410, folio 16, Volume 676, folio 36, and
Volume 688, folio 221, respectively, Auckland Land Registry,
are hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake
Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
