Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Whangamata Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provision of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a Proclamation dated 26 September 1940, published in the Gazette, 3 October 1940, Volume III, page 2563, and registered as No. K. 26064.

Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 7769)

Pursuant to clause II of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers' representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, Christchurch, Ashburton, and at Rangiora.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 15 May 1963.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1963.
