Cancellation of the Vesting in the Picton Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Licensing the Croisilles French Pass D'Urville Island Reserves Board to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Duncan Bay and Penzance Bay, Pelorus Sound, as Sites for Launching Ramps

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Croisilles French Pass D'Urville Island Reserves Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Duncan and Penzance Bays, Pelorus Sound, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11481 and 11483 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining launching ramps thereon, as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be (1s.) one shilling payable on demand.
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1963.

Licensing the Howick Borough Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Howick in the Hauraki Gulf as a Site for a Sewage Treatment Plant

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Howick Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Howick in the Hauraki Gulf, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11478 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a sewage treatment plant, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Notice Relating to the Use of Insecticides (Notice No. Ag. 7767)

PURSUANT to clause 3 (2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961,* the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice that the chemical specified in the Schedule hereto is approved for use as an active ingredient in any insecticide registered under the Stock Remedies Act 1934, subject to the use of that insecticide in the manner prescribed by the proprietor for the control or destruction of arthropod parasites or other insects on sheep and swine, and on cattle other than milking dairy cattle.

Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 7768)

PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz, Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, Nelson, Tapawera, and Tadmor.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 15 May 1963.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Nelson. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1963.
