PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversion in connection therewith.
