Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 7762)

PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers' representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; also at the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Oamaru, Dunedin, Roxburgh, and Alexandra, and at the office of B. H. Pettit, Public Accountant, Metropolitan Fire Brigade Building, Castle Street, Dunedin.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 15 May 1963, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 12th day of June 1963.

PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, derived from all the Maori Land Court Districts and held by him, has been filed at the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, and at all the suboffices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

As shown on plan No. 160/15 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
