Declaring Land Taken for Road in the Borough of One Tree Hill

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 13th day of May 1963.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 18'5 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 21050; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7491 (S.O. 44054) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to those effects having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 13th day of May 1963.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Warkworth and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
