Appointment of Honorary Harbourmaster and Supervising Officer

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, with the authority of
the Minister of Marine, the deputy of the Secretary for
Marine hereby appoints
William Douglas Brewster
as Honorary Harbourmaster at Tairua for the purpose of
allocating mooring sites only, and as Supervising Officer under
the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 in respect of the waters
of Tairua Harbour.

Land Agents Audit Regulations 1962—Notice of Exemption

Pursuant to regulation 13 of the Land Agents Audit
Regulations 1962, the Minister of Justice hereby directs that the
provisions of those regulations, other than regulation 10,
shall not apply in respect of C. R. Chadwick Ltd., of Papakura.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations
so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall
not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu
thereof the following provision shall apply:

A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940 to the persons described in column 1 of
the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of their employment for the
employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but
shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of
18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
